Festival Trailers

Our Sausage Trailer will be great for your next event. We offer 3 mouth watering packages. Packages include all of your festival favorites from traditional Italian rope sausage to hams and hot. Your guests won't be disappointed or leave hungry with one of our Festival Trailers. Package are based on 3 hours and included condiments and paper goods. All you need are beverages, or let us do that as well for just $6.95 additional per person. Serving staff required. An additional site fee will be assessed at booking.

Package includes traditional carnival style grilled Italian sausage (hot & sweet) with peppers, onions and rolls, choice of house made meatballs, 5 oz. burgers with fixins, Sabrett jumbo hot dogs, mac & cheese with bacon & scallions (pasta substitution allowed) and choice of one green salad. Condiments and paper goods included. Package prices based on serving for 3 hours. An additional site fee will be assessed upon booking. Wait staff required - 2 servers @ $350 + gratuity.
